What is the return policy?
All edible products (coffee, tea, chocolate) are final sale. Equipment and merchandise can be returned within 30 days. Contact support@dawnbird.coffee with your order number, reason, and photos.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all edible products including coffee, tea, and chocolate are final sale. Gift cards and promotional codes are also non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET on business days ship same day. Ontario/GTA: 1–3 business days; rest of Canada: 3–7 business days.
Where is your coffee roasted?
Dawnbird coffee is roasted in Ontario, Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of CA$100 or more. Rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
