1. Overview 

This policy describes our order processing times, shipping methods, costs and delivery options. We aim to deliver fresh coffee and products quickly and reliably. 

2. Processing Time 

Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after 12:00 p.m. or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day. Typical processing time is 1–2 business days. 

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers 

We ship via reputable carriers such as Canada Post and UPS. You will see available options and estimated transit times at checkout. Local deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) may use a courier service or in‑house delivery. 

4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds 
  • Domestic (Canada): Shipping is free on orders of CA$100 or more (before taxes). Orders under CA$100 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected carrier.
  • Local Pickup: You may pick up your order at our roastery or designated pickup point in Vaughan. We will email you when your order is ready.
  • International: At present, we do not ship outside Canada. If/when we begin shipping to the U.S., a separate addendum will outline customs, duties and rates. 
5. Estimated Delivery Times 

Estimated delivery times (after processing) are as follows:

Ontario (GTA): 1–3 business days 
Elsewhere in Canada: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays and carrier delays may impact transit times. 

6. Risk of Loss and Title 

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Signature‑required delivery is available at checkout for added security. 

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may replace or refund the affected items. 

8. Changes to Shipping 

We may modify shipping rates, carriers or thresholds with reasonable notice. Any changes will apply to future orders only.
